It started with a tape measure.

To park a ’49 Plymouth, a garage must be 17 feet long and 8 feet wide. That’s still a pretty snug fit. Take away the car, however, and you’ve got more than enough room for a pizza oven. From a small town in Wisconsin, this is the story of Jack’s.

What happened next?

Let’s just say it didn’t take long to outgrow the garage. Decades later, we’re still using honest ingredients, savory sauce and 100% real Wisconsin cheese. Hey, nobody said the recipe was a secret.
